About this website

I built this website using the WIX platform. This means:

1. The site is SSL secured and uses HTTPS by default.

2. WIX may store your data on secure servers behind a firewall.

Your personal information

​If you contact me by email, I'll store your name and email address in my program to facilitate direct communication with you about working together. I'll never share your personal information with anyone.

If we start working together, I'll add information about you to my account in my accounting spreadsheet but only what's required so that quotes and invoices are correct with the necessary information.

I use DropBox to send and receive files that are too big to email. Dropbox privacy policies can be found here.

I don't use a CRM to manage relationships.

Your privacy is guaranteed and strictly confidential with any information I obtain about you and your business. I am happy to sign a formal non disclosure agreement if you require one before we start working together.

Work Hours/Location

​I work as required to complete the job and will communicate and respond promptly. I am located on the Sunshine Coast, Queensland, however, this will not impact on where you are located as we can use technology to upload documents etc.

 

Payment terms

For customers who've signed a customer agreement, invoices are generated once work is complete and terms are 14 days from date of invoice.

Payment is required for all other work on completion of job.
